Waiver Forms for Group Trips
Parents of all students must complete the "Waiver form for Minors" and it must be given to your trip leader/teacher prior to boarding, or you will be left on the dock! Your friends can still show you pictures of the trip, though.
The "Waiver form for Adults" must be completed by all Adult Trip Leaders and Teachers.
